Morning all, just wanted to say thankyou to Honey, Browntoa and VC for putting in so much effort on this new thread. Also to Bluewkd for filling in.

I know one or two people have been hearing tales of the coupon policy changing in Tescos but I have just received an email from Dundee confirming that nothing has changed!:T I contacted them after having problems with one of my local branches so I will be going back armed with a copy of my email.

If you dont want to ask at customer services then my advice is to start with small amounts of vouchers. So maybe the first time you go in take around £5 worth of vouchers and copy and paste the voucher policy from the earlier post and go armed with that just incase. :rotfl::rotfl:

Then as you get more confident and maybe get friendly with the sa's gradually use a few more each time you shop. This way you are not drawing attention to yourself. :T:T:T:T

Also if you want to drop me a pm with the area you are in or even let us know on here then maybe we can advise on the stores policy if anyone else shops there :D:D:D

    Thanks:beer:

I'm in south lanarkshire, but i was planning to head to the tesco extra at rutherglen as its probably closest.

I'll just have to don my brass neck!:o
And truth be told I miss you...

If it changes then Dundee will be the last to know (which could work in our favour in the end!). ;)

Dundee call centre don't get the same info that stores get sent by HO (Cheshunt), I have been told that before by a Dundee Manager who hadn't heard of the coupon policy, a year or so ago. I 'educated' him on the policy's main points over the phone and got a store to fax him a copy, lol!

Thanks to Honey for starting this nice new chat/drivel/everything thread, I feel more at home already - especially with MM5 back here too. :D
