I am also banned but have had a couple via post. Only problem is I can't remember if they were the ones that gave the "No printer" option or not. I have applied for quite a few where that is not an option so I have filled in the form saying I am using a work computer and am not allowed to install their software and would they please send by post. I think it must be these that have been ignored because I have tried quite a few times and only ever had 2 back. Has anyone else had this experience? It's a pity the No Printer option isn't always available!

    i always use

To provide feedback on the install process click here
    then couldn't install coupon printer
    works ok for me
and i always click home computer

Totally off topic, but at long last Mr T has heard my prayer and noticed my houseworked hands...after months of testing toilet paper, bleach, kitchen paper,( as if I didn't have PLENTY!!!!!) soap, fabric conditioner and all other manner of household stuff....at last...clothes...getting to test jeans...needed a pair for fishing so these will get a good test when it comes to washing them....they'll be filthy....I'm always kneeling in mud....

    TAKEN FROM ANOTHER EMAIL...

    Thank you for your email.

I appreciate you enquiring us about our Internet coupon policy.

I would like to inform you that I've listed our coupon policy for you:

    • Customers can use branded coupons without buying the product if Tesco stocks the product and the coupon is in date.

    • Only one branded coupon can be accepted per item not purchased.

    • Customers can pay for all of their shopping using different branded coupons as long as the conditions above have been met.

    • If two branded coupons are presented, the customer needs to have bought one of the products.

    • We do not accept competitor product coupons, e.g. ASDA coupon 50 pence off a bottle of Coke.

    • We do accept conditional spend coupons from competitors e.g. Sainsbury £3.00 off when you spend £30:00 or more.

    • We do accept Internet coupons which must be accepted on the same terms and conditions as above.

    • Photocopies cannot be accepted.

    • We accept supplier coupons without a barcode as long as they are in date and Tesco stock the product.

    • We do not accept damaged, copied or defaced coupons.

    • If coupons do not scan, the barcode needs to be manually entered, if everything else matches.

    • The Store Manager has the discretion to refuse coupons if he/she believes a customer is abusing the policy.

    • Photocopies cannot be accepted.

So how does this work then (or am I reading it wrong)... if it's an internet coupon then surely it's printed out. So would a photocopy not just be the same as printing out a coupon?

We are not able to support coupon printing on your system at this time. The Coupon Print Activator is supported on Windows Operating Systems 2000, ME, XP and Vista when used with Internet Explorer 6 and above and Mozilla Firefox 2 and above. Coupon printing is not supported under Linux, Unix or Web TV platforms. Please try again from a machine that meets these requirements.
