Have looked at rapidshare. It wont actually let me look at coupons. it says they have been downloaded to many times. I will get some of the codes to check at PTS. will keep everyone updated on what i find.

I see what you mean you made the picture in word and therefore cant upload it. Could you make it in paintbrush maybe or copy it over to paintbrush as when you save a document in there it saves at as a gif or jpg file hth

IT HAD BEEN CONFIRMED BY THE SENIOR MEMBERS HERE THAT THEY ARE FAKES!!!
As you are a supervisor you must stop anyone using those ones.
Tell your manager that ALL HIGH VALUE COUPONS MUST NOT BE TAKEN AT THE TILLS.
You mentioned about staff using them - they may not have known whether they were fakes - obviously a customer passed on details most likely. No staff will risk their jobs for fake ones.
No queries raised by your sorting team, so what could have happened???
If they were fakes I am sure they could have stopped immediately unless the sorting office didn't bother at all...
