Been to MrT's ...manager came to me and took me to his office where we spent over 1 hour talking about all things Tesco/his store/other supermarkets related...very interesting...I answered all the questions on his questionnaire....there was a chance for me to tell him about coupon probs that occur ....I got him to log onto couponnet and explained to him why some mocs have your name on them and others have 'personalised coupon' ...he was glad for the info , and thinks it fair that the name should be the customers and that if it says personalised coupon then, it's OK if coupon is in colour and not photocopied......all of course as per Tesco policy in date etc....I proceeded to the checkout and used £21 of mocs against a £30 shop....SA was a joy typing in the peppadew with a lovely smile and asking if I had any more I wished to use, and did I want to remove the £3 one from the Rinse Aid I had bought in order to use it straight away...but I had already used 1 of those , so declined her very kind/thoughtful offer...the manager thanked me very much for my time and said if I ever have any problems at the till ,just ask the SA to send for him....joy of joys ...was seen by just about every SA going into his office and shopping with him....guess where I'll be shopping for ever more?

Sounds like a great Ts to shop in..
    Lucky you!! ;)

I don't think anybody takes pleasure in Tesco employee's incompetence to put a simple policy into practise:confused:

The staff in my local are now trying to change the policy because a customer (not me, by the way;)) bought a mobile phone with coupons. The managers are getting quite frustrated with having to keep telling the staff that legit coupons are ok, and that they HELP the store's profit margin!

I now choose the SA's that look like they need re-training the most, and allow more time for being at the checkout, and use cool bags so the frozen stuff isn't defrosted before I leave the store:rolleyes::p

Refer to page 70 post number 1388 ( Massive thanks to victoriajj ) print a copy of the email to and from Sir Terry Leahy, Tesco CEO. It is absolutely brilliant and must surely add weight to any arguments. i carry a copy of it with my coupon policy.

    Thanks again victoriajj

The only real place is paidtoshop but be careful there are some dishonest peeps on there. (Not many but one or two seems to have problems) Only send recorded delivery and if possible wait until you receive swaps before sending. HTH

Thanks to Gilberto123 and Browntoa in main thread

    (Full link removed by request)

12 Different mags, 'dodgy' barcodes on most. All say at WHS and good stockists BUT one is shown on Tesco.com so may be usable. Barcode not the best but helpful SA may type for you (Not at mine sadly )

    All valid until 31/10/09
