But don't you have to buy the product with coupons from the cashpoint?

My fresh pasta coupon beeped when i bought a fresh packed sald.

"But it's got pasta in it", i innocently proclaimed, knowing full well what the coupon meant.

But the SA agreed with me, and put it through as a none scan.

My mate and his wife think you can freeze anything.

When i pointed out something that clearly stated not for home freezing, they said "don't be silly, of course you can freeze it - look, its gone hard".

At this point i gave up.

I've not tried the KOS moc yet but if I put four to a page the bar code just merges..anyone else having the same prob?

This is nonsence.

Following a severe trouting yesterday morning by a rude and obnoxious supervisor (and the Customer Support manager informing me she did not know what the policy was), I contacted Customer Services by email and then later by phone.

The policy has not changed as a copy of the coupon policy was emailed to me yesterday which is virtually identical to the one on page 1 of this thread.

If you have any more problems at the store, tell them they need to ring Store Support on the direct line they have and this will be confirmed.

I then passed this info back to my Mr T's and they admitted this is correct and I handed in 50 coupons today worth £26 off my shopping.

Just be polite but stick to your guns. Take a copy of the policy on page 1 with you every time you shop.

Nope, cos i just printe one per page. Don't know how to do any different.
