Travel insurance

I am looking for reliable travel insurance, world wide and multi-trip. My wife and I are planning to be abroad for at least 5 months in total this year. The longest we will be away is 90 days. I have previous medical conditions. We are not really bothered about cancellation, curtailment and baggage. Our main concern is medical. The insurance doesn't have to be cheap but it must be "reliable". The last thing we want is to start worrying if we are covered in the middle of ant crisis. Any advice/suggestions.

insurengo have worldwide multi trip annual travel insurance with a 90 day per trip limit.
Don't know their policy on existing conditions.

Some insurers just let you list the pre-existing conditions, these are then excluded. If you are looking for insurance for the worsening of the existing conditions this might be very expensive.

I have previous medical conditions and did end up in hospital last year on hols with a new condition, however when I renewed my Halifax travel insurance this year they were happy to take me again and I will be covered if anything happens again with the same condition at no extra cost.

As you probably know it depends on the answers to their medical questions.

But I can say that they paid out promptly and even paid on some expenses where I had no receipts as forgot to get them due to the distress.
