I love it when my post is at the top of a new page

I think you have misunderstood.
It is not about being rich. It is about actually issuing the money.
Try this one........................
"Banking was conceived in iniquity and was born in sin.
The Bankers own the earth. Take it away from them,
but leave them the power to create deposits,
and with the flick of the pen they will
create enough deposits to buy it back again.
However, take it away from them, and
all the great fortunes like mine
will disappear and they ought to disappear, for
this would be a happier and better world to live in.
But, if you wish to remain the slaves of Bankers
and pay the cost of your own slavery,
let them continue to create deposits."
and that is from the governor of the bank of england
I have to say sounds like the grandiose ramblings of a banker. I used to feel like that as an oilman, certainly just about everything depends upon oil. I still think bankers chief interest is being rich and taking that little cut, which is a big amount when large sums are involved. Leave them with their pride perhaps, but reduce their cut?0 -

Those "grandiose ramblings" contain the very essence of what I am trying to get across and are THE root cause of the economic problems we are witnessing today.
It is so shockingly simple, yet hidden, that people cannot see it and anyone like myself who tries to explain just comes across as a nutter.
So I will refrain."The problem with quotes on the internet is that you never know whether they are genuine or not" -

Don't worry about coming across as a nutter, join the club and carry on. We know the banks created a credit bubble.0 -

Not that I understood a word. I turn off when I actually have to think about what a sentence means
Would you like to have the authority to print your own £20 pound notes?
Or even save on the printing costs and just write the numbers on a computer?
And then lend them to the government with interest, sit back and watch all that lovely taxpayer money come flooding into your coffers."The problem with quotes on the internet is that you never know whether they are genuine or not" -

Good.
Come back when you actually understand how the system works, rather than relying hearsay and bloggers ramblings.'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
That's funny!:DGraham_Devon wrote: »Be under no illusion that Alistair is pulling the strings.
Unless you consider that the policies are implicitly encouraging marriage break-up and single mothers.Likewise, some provision for single mothers is a good idea. Providing for them indefinitely is not.0
