Putting in a second claim?

I put in a claim to HSBC when this first came about, but since then i have incurred more charges with HSBC and also A&L, whom i bank with now.
I've been through financial hardship, so incurred a lot of charges, but am now getting back on my feet so i don't qualify for 'hardship'.
I initially received a letter from HSBC confirming my claim but saying it's on hold, so can i now put in another claim, 1 to HSBC and 1 to A&L?
Thanks for any response.

No need to put a 2nd claim to HSBC. Merely write to updating your existing claim with the further charges incurred. And yes to A&LI put in a claim to HSBC when this first came about, but since then i have incurred more charges with HSBC and also A&L, whom i bank with now.
