As an aside...my mother swears by storing her salt sellar in the fridge instead of the cupboard....and it is never clumpy!Trying to tidy and clean while the kids are still growing, is like trying to clear snow even though it's still snowing

But it does say it's for brown sugar and it's to stop it from going hard and lumpy. Don't know if it would work for white sugar tooespecially as you have to WET the bear before putting it in the sugar!

Just wondered, does your kitchen get all steamy when you cook? This could cause your sugar to get damp and clumpy.
Another idea is to find a pretty jam jar (with lid) and keep your sugar in there with a spoon.0
