Hi guys,
Right, I now know that the X-blade case is plastic, cheap and nasty... but I like the design and the size of it.
X-blade:
Please could someone help me find a cool gaming pc case thats similar to this but obviously better but a maximum of 46cm Long
Thanks in advance

You really need to define 'gaming case'.
do you mean something rugged that a gamer could lug around to lan parties? Or something...er...chavvy?Utinam logica falsa tuam philosophiam totam suffodiant.0 -
Somthing that won't fry your components? Look at the antec range. Not the best looking, but do the job brilliantly.Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.0

Antec 900
http://www.antec.com/Believe_it/product.php?id=MjM=
I used this case to build 2 gaming PC's last year
4870 GPU
4 g ram
overclocked Q6600
I can't see how you would manage with a smaller case and not expect things to fry ..
This case runs extremely cool
This case is 53 cm long ....A neat feature is the PSU sits at the bottom of the case ..any hot air off the processor or ram can go straight up and out
Edit
Looks pretty cool at night ..All fans on front have a set of 3 LED's that throw light on the blades0 -
I've got an Antec P182 myself, I've got to say it's the quietest case even under load that I've ever had. The media center is encased in an Antec 2480 and is on all the time, it acts as a server too and it's also whisper quiet.

The one criticism I've seen with the Antec 900 though is that the fans get 'fluffed' up a lot. This is especially the case if you're a smoker and there's lots of 'sticky nicotine' flying around in the room, it sticks to the fan blades and then reduces their effectiveness. Though this isn't limited to just the 900 I mention it as a number of gamers happen to be smokers and it came up in conversation one night whilst err gamingIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0 -
+1 for the antec 300/900 (don't know the 182)
Wish I'd bought one myself instead of the coolermaster soprano with a silly door which I ended up removing...but..I have decent airflow (but not as good as the antec )Utinam logica falsa tuam philosophiam totam suffodiant.0 -

I've got an Antec P182 with five Noctua NF-S12's installed.
I don't see the point in installing LED's when you could use whatever money you've spent on that already on better cooling, and not creating an eyesore.0
