Problem with plusnet swap to talk talk?

Have been using plusnet gpt 5 years with no major problems however after swapping my internet to value package alongside anytime phone have had lots of billing problems , actual service is good however I have been billed incorrectly 4 months now , each time having to raise tickets and spend time before getting refunded and to be honest have had enough !

I was looking at talk talk essentials , however I know talk talk have had , still have a bad name ?

Any one got any head ups re talktalk or another recommended provider ?

Have you contaced James or Mand via the Plusnet Community Forum? Tell them you are having continualy billing problems and are looking to jump ship. In the past, they have been able to sort this out.

My father did jump ship to TalkTalk and had major problems (with the internet). He is now back with Plusnet although things may be different for you.
