Where do they deliver to?
Tried my postcode - South Lincs, my Mum - Norfolk and my Dad - North Yorks and they don't deliver to any of our postcodes!
Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.0 -
Anyone know if you have to use the free £50 in a single spend or if you can use it for 3 more seperate weekly boxes??0

Good spot op :T
does anyone know if they are on any cashback sites, not on my usual ones

i have bene a customer before and had the elaflet through - just went to site and it all went through fine. i got cashback ages ago through greasypalm but not with them anymore so i dont know about that. its well worth doing as you get £50 to then spend as you want over 3 months by spending £60. i had cancelled our old orders though as i had one batch of really bad veg that i had to chuck out. i did complain at the time but did not get a satisfactory response IMHO as they state you get a full refund if you have a problem. hopefully this time around everything will be fine as its a excellent company and they deliver and leave for you as well. also you get boxes to give back to be reused etc etc etc and all tied with string so can be reused.0

Thanks, badlydrawngirl. I'm having a supper party in the back garden in a couple of weeks' time so this is very handy.0

I have been buying Abel and cole for a good few months and agree sometimes the fruit and veg can be a bit lower quality and does have to be used quickly also do tend to find that all the codes are for new customers only which is annoying to be honest has anyone got round this0

This is an intial eye catcher, but when you sit down and think about it, it's not that good a deal.
The products (although good quality) are a bit on the expensive side. So through this offer your effectively paying about half price for them.
However you could buy the same produce in a supermarket for half the price.
So not really a deal....for me anyway0 -

My very skeptical other half thought this, so we did it on an online shop for the only supermarket we would use (Sainsbury's) comparing the same quantities, but couldn't get organic like for like for most of the things with the online trial, and Sainsbury's acutally came out about 1.79 more expensive, even with non-organic goods, and without the £5 delivery cost (A&C is only 99p delivery). Aldi would obviously be cheaper, but we don't have one anywhere near us, I refuse to go to Tesco for many reasons, we don't have a Morrisons anywhere near - we usually shop at Sainsburys or Waitrose (which is also surprisingly cost effective despite its very expensive rep.) and our local market is just the pits.
I'm still not totally convinced by A&C, but we are giving it a go - will probably cancel after the £50, but it's something different and stops me going a bit mental in the supermarket on various fruit and veg, so I guess it's a good money saving trick.Do not feed the trolls please.0 -
when i do an online comparison i noramlly find abel and cole about 20% dearer - dont forget it is organic so most of your market veg are not equivalent! So this is a great offer as you spend £60 and get £50 off, making net cost of quite a bit cheaper % wise than organic from supermarket (can't be bothered to work out how much, maybe someone else can!!!)0
