Egg - Reclaiming Charges - Advise on next step pls

Morning all,

I wondered if anyone could offer any advise on the next step to take.

I've challenged Egg with regards to reclaiming charges and they have made me an offer of £670.

Do I just accept the first offer?

Secondly, they have agreed to pay this amount and credit my Egg account. However, due to other reasons, I don't want them to do this. I would prefer a cheque soI can pay into my bank account.

Can I insist on this method of payment as well?

Thanks for any advise offered.

On the second point, the answer is no unless you take them court. Remember, any amount paid back still leaves the credit card owing money.
On the first point, it depends how much they are owing against the claim you have
