Which channel was it? It might have been the trailer to Radio 4 moneybox live at 12pm today which is talking about the OFT test case(BBC 1 @08:45am this morning)

I now understand where this came from. Marc Gander who is the owner of Consumer Action Group(and I would add did not attend 1 single day of the OFT test case, so is reliant on press reports) has interpreted press reports as the bank giving in. Those that did attend and heard the verbal arguments certainly did not take this view and is misleading to say the least.
Martin Lewis did attend the court case(which I saw myself at the Court of Appeal in February this year). Furthermore, MSE site team also attended the case. If the spin being given by Mr Gander was right I think Martin would have posted or site team would have posted to that effect.
With due respect to Mr Gander, I think he needs to read the transcripts before opening his mouth or actually attend the OFT test case in person.
