finding out how much a house sold for

I have googled this and found hundreds of websites i dont know where to start looking .I know the postcode for the house ,the house sold last month but when i put the postcode into these websites the address is coming up but the sale is showing for 2006 and not the price of the sale that it has just sold for .
Does anyone know of any web sites that will show me recent house prices & what they sold for .
Because the house only sold last month is it likely that this house wont be on any systems yet ?

It often takes 3 months for the websites to be up dated after a sale. If there are any that update faster I too would be interested.

Any house price site will be 3 months behind, like Land Registry data. That's what they use.

If you know who is the agent who sold it, just ask them what they sold it for.

There's no reason for them NOT to tell you, just depends on the individual whether they do or not.
