Hi I am trying to help my mum reclaim over £4000 from Ulster Bank. I sent my 3 template letters but got 3 replies back stating that all claims are on hold untill the Courtcase is over.
Now I am unsure what to do now. Now Small claims in N.ireland only goes up to £2000
What should be my next move?
