80GB - Interal HDD
It was orignally partitioned, I then deleted one of them in an attempt to de-partition it / Merge them both together as usual, and it obviously failed.
I can now only use 30GB of it
How do I make it so I can use all 80 again?

I really can't remember now, but I definately went into the partition tool / control panel - the thing that allows you to create them etc.
I do remember that my final step was (from either console or 'select + delete') to delete one of the partitions.
I am stuck with what's displayed as 30GB, at the moment.0 -

Never used the 'tools' within windows, there's always been something better out there. Powerquest Partition Manager being the best. IIRC you have to merge the partitions, then initialise it so the system 'sees' both the new\old partition.
You could try this program:
http://www.partition-tool.com/personal.htm it's perhaps not quite as good as Powerquest Partition Manager, but to be honest it doesn't look too bad, there's even a how to here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1x2u7vjQ2P0
HTHIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0 -
