Do any of you use able & cole. They have a code at the moment, if you spend £15 over the next 4 weeks they will credit your account with £50. I'm having my fruit and veg, plus some bread and milk delivered for the next 4 weeks and then will use the £50 to stock up the freezer on meat and nice things
Here's a link to the thread, a couple of posts down is the code.
Hi Toto,
Hubby and I used abel and cole for a 3 months or so earlier in the eyar and found it to be v good, and reliable with tasty veggies and fruit. We stopped doing it, cos it is relatively expensive (no aldi super 6 for 49p each!) and I was finding we didn't use it all up. However, i have been made edudnant so have more time for cookig and plannin now, so when we saw te £50 credit offer, i signd up again. second box arrives tomorrow!. i think its a good deal - go for it!

What???
Good evening campers!
Beanie has been waved off and i think it's safe to say we are moderately knackered!!
Yesterday she arrived about 12, and i whiseked her off to a local gala day where we sat on haybales had ourt picnic (CD for me!) and watched some "stuff" dancers, tug of war etc.... while erin amused herself on the various bouncy castle, stalls etc lovely warm day but not scorching, however it was a little windy so aftersun was required by the evening!
Took her to my exciting saturday night grab a granny bingo! with mum and my sister susie
then back to mine for wine, nibbles and singstar... afraid to say beanie will not be getting her Brit Award anytime soon! but how we laughed!! It was great fun, and we were all various stages of terrible!
This morning we got up and took erin to her horseriding lesson, where she was staying all day and being a stable hand til 4pm... so we had free reign!! a child free day!!!
We went to the beach where beanie had an icecream and i went for a 2.5mile run along beach...
Then we went back to mine where beanie sunbathed out the front and read the paper while i had a shower.... then when i came out to join her the sun dispappeared!!! !!!!!!!!
Then we went to my sisters for a lovely roast dinner....
then home for louise's lift at 8 o'clock.
Lovely weekend, but tiring for not actually doing much!!
What have i missed?I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

I have been working out a plan incorparating all my various exercise machines and DVD's - I do some thing different every day and get this! I have the minimum plan and the if I feel up to it plan!!! I have tried to work it around work and even TV, both things that have made me fail this type of thing before.
and I have worked it out for 8 weeks........... I am quite pleased with it - its a work of art even if I do say so myself!!Nevertheless she persisted.0 -
