Still no wine, I ordered on the 2nd, email came through and confirmed0

Still no wine - I ordered originally 2nd, complained last saturday, got email on monday apologising and that wine would be sent out - still no sign today thursday 4 days later!!
Not very happy have emailed my grievance again.0
