I placed an order late on Sunday, showing as 'left the warehouse'

I ordered one and got a confirmation email almost straight away. My wife ordered one and got no confirmation whatsoever.
Got in tonight to find two cases on our doorstep. Wahoo
Opened mine to find it only had 11 bottles in it!! Maybe Richard found out I've been bad-mouthing Virgin since our flight to Vegas on Virgin Airways??

My sister ordered her wine about an hour after I did (first chance I got to tell her about it ) Her order still says "being assembled". BUT they have taken the money from her bank account so hopefully that's a good sign.

I ordered one case on sunday night 10pm, and is now showing "left warehouse". I also ordered one on monday 2pm which still says "being assembled" but I too, have had the email saying my order has been cancelled, but it doesn't say which of my two email accounts its to?.Sorted now it was the one that I ordered on monday, they said I can have it for the full price if I want :rolleyes: don't think so. I replied with there email that its not fair that they have let some people have it and not others, see how far I get.

Hi I ordered on the 3rd. Probably correct info on here yesterday ie everything after the 2nd to be cancelled. I was a bit slow on the second box. You may just make it though..

Woohoo!

Wine's finally arrived - I ordered Sunday evening. All present and correct.

If anyone's wondering, it's delivered via Amtrak using their overnight Winetrak service. It looks like the depot is in Stockton-on-Tees - probably why us 'southerners' are receiving orders later .

I ordered a case at around 2pm on Monday, but I haven't received a cancellation email and it's still showing as "Order being assembled".

I ordered on Mon and I got that cancellation email too. I have also mailed them back to say that I find it unfair that some are being honoured and some aren't. It really is their problem if their system was accepting it?
Let us know if you get a reply. I am still waiting.
