IPod Restore

Had a problem with my Ipod so did a restore on Itunes with the Ipod connected.
I had a backup of all my IPod music via share Pod
I have got the majority of music back onto the IPod sucessfully using share Pod but have a problem with about 10 folders that I cant add back into ITunes or my IPod
All the folders concerned are present to where I backed up to and I can see all the music concerned but it are showing as 0 bytes in the folders
Can anybody help

Where are you seeing the folders?
Why not create a new playlist in iTunes for each album and drag the music files into it?0
