Are Eon that desperate for customers? I was in my local Tesco yesterday and was buttonholed by a couple of women wanting me to sign up for Eon. I would have done my usual !!!! off to them but I had my 4 year old grand daughter with me. Damm:mad:

Is this what is happening now, a pint of milk and change your electricity?

Is this the first time you've gone shopping in the past seven years?

It is the first time I have ever seen them there but this was the afternoon and I used to go shopping in the evening as I worked during the day. I am looking after my 4 year old grand daughter while her mother is in the hospital.

    Hi jenny2009

Sorry if our sales reps bothered you whilst shopping the other day.

Offering our products in supermarkets is one channel of advertising and promotion we use. However, if you find our reps too pushy or over the top please let us know.

There are definite guidelines they need to follow and we need to know if they go beyond these. Tell us and a complaint will be raised and followed through with the managers responsible for this activity.

Again, sorry you were disturbed and I hope this explains why they were there.
