I had pie and chips from the chippie last night and I don't feel guilty about it
I didn't eat it all (actually there were far too many chips for me and H) and I shared the pie with him. It was delish and I didn't feel the need for anything else afterwards. I even hd to buy a couple of muffins from Greggs yesterday. Previously I would have had the urge for a donut or cream cake but yesterday - nope, nothing, nadaI didn't even have to fight a craving or anything - it was a revelation. Because I wasn't hungry I didn't fancy it.
Trying not to weigh myself (but I have lost 1lb) but don't want to step on the scales too often as I know my weight will fluctuate and if I put too much stock in what the scales tell me I KNOW I will self sabotage

i think i do need to weigh myself for motivation  i didnt want to weigh myself i wanted to go by clothes size, but i think lb's will be more motivating as more of them will come off than clothes sizes IYSWIMMummy to

Good evening ladies,
Well done to everyone who is staying on track!
My OH got the hint and came home with the ea active thing for the wii the other night (bless he clearly listens sometimes!) so I am now fully signed up to the 30 day workout as of yesterday, have to be honest and say the diet as such is not going great but tonight after doing the workout it said I had lost 150 cals, I was then tempted to go and eat the bar of choc in te fridge but decided if I was gonna stand for half an hr to burn that much, what would be the point in eating the choc after, so glass of diet coke instead!
Anyway im babbling I know!
Night Night (hoping for more than 4 hrs sleep tonight!) x:j :j :j:A0 -
Well done Choccie, hope you enjoyed the Wii Active.
Sadly I never managed to complete the 30 day challenge within 30 daysI have only done about 6 work outs
Fitting it in with kids, bad backs, grotty colds etc I am finding it hard to go on it every few days never mind every day!!

went out for a pizza last night and had lots of salad to start with so i didnt have a lot of room for pizza
i had 4 slices and ironically its the first day i've actually stuck completely within my calorie allowance on FF!
going to MIL for dinner tonight so i might be forced to not stick totally, she is the most amazing cook and always lays on a cream filled pudding... i could refuse i suppose... but i wontwouldnt want to hurt any feelings now would i
