    There is a thread running on the ebay board about ebay refunds. If you are within the 45 day time frame for a paypal claim get a claim in fast, if not then you may have to resort to small claims.

    cheers mate, no they were bought when he first announced it about 2 months ago, it will be small claims then and trying to find this seller again. Luckily they are not my tickets :D

    I didn't buy them a guy on my street bought them for his whole family over 100% mark up, just coz it was a certain venue - i think he has lost out as well, he wont be pleased when i tell him what i found out.

    I would never buy from Touts for that very reason, I do hope your friend gets a refund, but I cant imagine anyone getting more than face value for the tickets.

  • Have I got out of bed the wrong side this morning. People already complaining about some upstarts concert being cancelled because of thier demise and people who bought off touts wanting a full refund. GET REAL
