I think you are spot on, he was unusually nice, and said i was in arrears at a much lower rate, i have missed 3 payments and he was asking for half of one payment.
I also got the feeling he did know about the Br.

The OR said she would freeze the bank accounts and they were determined they would remain open and accrue interest as they put it.

hi all,
just been thinking if the dcas are still chasing us all for debts incurred in the bankruptcy order can we after auto discharge sue them for unlawful harassment cos i would love to do this the amount of emotional stress they have and are still causing me is ridiculous 7mths into br and still getting 3 letters a week.
any ideas??
