Some have, but I think some one on here would have you belive no FTBers was involved in any of them:)0 -

Hey guys, I am asking for your opinons, not insults.
You can't just come in, give a petty comment and then look like I'm the one giving the problems.
I really would like your thoughts on it. Not thoughts on how you can attack me, but your thoughts on the OP. It's gone quite well so far, and we CAN keep it this way0 -

I just replied to a post where you wondered why I had not posted.
P.S. you were giving problems by asking questions and not fully reading / understanding the answers.
However, like I said, staying clear of you (So no need for you to refer to me).
It's too sore hitting ones head against a brick wall

Why has this thread irritated you so much?
Don't say it's me, cus the last thing I said to you was an honest sentiment hoping to show you theres never any hard feelings.
This all seems to stem from the fact that the figures you were posting for average wages were proven to be completely made up as they only counted male wages and totally disregarded females.
Since then, you have got seriously personal!
But if you want to keep telling me your ignoring me, only to tell me when i reply, you ignoring me, then that's ok with me. I'm not throwing toys0 -

chill graham
i wouldn't have thought the housing market can survive without FTB's.
it can definitely survive short-term especially whilst there are such low volumes like there are now.
i would say it could survive for another 18-24 months without FTB's.
i imagine by that time the lending issues will be better and allow FTB's back in.
if that doesn't happen you could have cash rich or people who do have a good credit record to borrow to invest in property who will do well out of rents as people will always need to live somewhere. i don't think there is a huge credit crunch for people with good credit records and assets.0 -

This thread has not irritated me at all.
I replied to your post where you referred to me personally advising why I decided not to get involved in the discussion with yourself.
It was absolutely nothing to do with the topic.
If you don't understand that then........... :wall:

Look, can I suggest we leave this one here then.
It's going the exact same way as the chart / doodle / graph discussion which also seemed to upset.0 -

For the record, I linked directly to the ONS website which included ALL, Male, Female, Full Time, Part Times, Male Full Time, Male Part Time, Female Full Time and Female Part Time

As for getting personal, I merely said I found it too difficult to debate with you as you were not someone I could reason with
I only replied as you asked why I had not posted on this thread :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall:
