Can anyone recommend a good quality floor tile adhesive and grout?
I hwant soemthing that will last and be easy to keep clean. Bearing in mind it will be used in a downstairs cloakroom and utility room.

Mapei Keraquick with latex additive....Possibly the Uks Best selling adhesive now
Mapei Ultracolour plus grout
It mixes easy, Keraquick is easy to use,Smooth laying.Grouts are fast setting so dont mix too much at once

remember to use a flexible one if using on a wooden floor.
i use unibond mainly.Get some gorm.0 -
Top tip from my tiler - once the grout has dried off, spray furniture polish on the grout and wipe excess off of the tiles (don't want you slipping, do we?)
He said the silicone in it gives it a little coating to help prevent stains getting into the grout. Not sure if that's true, but our grout still looks fine and the tiles have been down for about 7 years now in our kitchen.;)Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
