They may do but I am happy enough with the automated telephone service at the minute0

Yes, it's a bit silly but maybe it's too big of an investment for them or they don't have the correct staff.
It means I limit my spending very much on my card so it's costing them ££££s for sure.0 -

It's annoying not to be able to view your account online during the month
just to make sure there are no unauthorized transaction.
They should try and get online access to there customers0
