ebuyer customer service well lack of!

My partner has received awful customer service from ebuyer, with different customer service people emailing him back with something completely different each time. We've just discovered that we have spent over £10 on phone calls ringing up their customer services so we wish to complain. He did send a short complain via email and received a load of rubbish back but we did not know about the call cost at the time so need to complain again.

there is a company that look into your claims after you have complained but I can't remember what they are called?

I personally have had no problems with ebuyer, their usually pretty good at dealing with disputes but youre well with in your rights to complain if you wish.

2, Sorry dont know what the company is called.

  • they started off great, a product that my o/h ordered arrived the next day which he didn't have to pay a next day delivery charge for. Then it went completely downhill when the item he had received was incorrect....endless amount of emails all contradicting themselves!

I've got an ongoing ball or misery with them at them moment.

I had a graphics card dead on arrival. Tried in 3 computers, all the same, dead.

Sent it back to ebuyer, who returned it "return of post" saying, "No fault found"
It was complicated to get it back in the box, it arrived back to me exactly as I had packaged it.

It's taken weeks now but they have finally accepted it back again as defective.

Ebuyer were great a few years back, they have grown too large and service has suffered.

Can't get away though, no one else can match range of products and price. You get what you pay for I suppose.
