All I thought about debt settlement is that, new and effective. I thought they are the new ways of solving problem and I still think that. But some of the fraud companies are making this look bad. So what I want to understand can we create a record of such companies so that others can be aware of them?

We don't need lists of [strike]scammers[/strike] companies to avoid. We need the people who sign up for these scammers to post their names and postcodes so people with a bit of common sense can avoid them if they're out for a couple of shandies in their area
Seriously, try and use your head and avoid any company that is preying on idiots/fools/the greedy etc. It should be obvious who these companies are as they're the same type of people who sold curealls and snake oil 100s of years ago.
