Travel Insurance - does Europe cover Sharm?

I am just about to renew my annual policy and we generally go to Sharm in March. Should I go for Worldwide or Europe as those seem to be the only options. Of course Worldwide is more expensive but I don't want to be caught without insurance if anything happens. Your advice please.

Check with your insurer as many include Egypt in Europe (though strictly geographically its not)0

Countries with a Mediterranean coastline are regarded as Europe by most insurers - but as Quentin says, check that yours does.0

Yes, usually but as the others have said, do check.
I use insure and go and they have a drop down list of countries that come under europe for cover.0
