I note they are no longer trading according to this so it would be the FSCS. You need to get in touch with them and see if they are accepting these complaints.

    Hi there

Like Marshallka says you have to contact the FSCS to arrange to send you a form through the post, the details with the information of what they do will come along with the claim form.;)

They are listed with the FSCS here@

    Default information

    Firms declared in default

You can search our database to see if the firm you are making enquiries about has already been declared in default by FSCS. This means that FSCS is satisfied that it is unable, or likely to be unable, to pay claims against it. A declaration of default opens the way for the firm's customers to make a claim for compensation to us.
    Firm Name:

    1. London Scottish Bank Plc

Good luck and please keep us posted.;)

Thanks. I have contacted the FSCS and they asked me to request the form via an email, which I have just done. Just hope they consider my claim.

    Hi there

Yes they will take a look.;)

I and others also have claims with the FSCS, different company though, yours should not take long because they are already listed, which means its already declared in default.

Where the company I am waiting for are still waiting to be investigated before they are confirmed in default.

Good luck, if you can keep us updated that will be cool, cheers.

My claim again london scottish has been with FCSC for 5 months... I rang them the other day they said it will be another 2-3 months before they decide if I am due to any money. So by then it will have taken around 7-8 months they quote 6 months but they also now have back log so is taking slightly longer they said.

    Good-luck with your claim.
I have 2 PPI claims all being dealt with by FOS could do with a win. I also have 1 PPI claim with FSCS because company gone bankrupt.
I have claim for bank charges on-hold for 3year

    Good-luck all

    Hi Jadest, cheers.;)

London Scottish are already in default to what I know, so hopefully I know they have said to you another 2-3 months, hopefully it will be before that, good luck.

Mine in regards of the FSCS have been with them for over a year and the investigation I gather have now been completed and moved on for processing with Deloitte, received the letter today, fingers crossed.
    And for you too.;)
