That was a good half hour. Filofax lady has taken back stock to the value of what I owe so that's 1 bill less plus - wait for it .......

Tota, is there a HR dept or senior person at the clinic? i think you shouold send them a copy of your letter as well, cos it sounds like this dr isn't really doing her job.

Bank have finally recognised that I exist and requested a meeting. :mad:
I wonder if DD can get a babysitter so she can come with me. I feel as if an extra pair of ears would be useful.
