Becky, they are non conformance reports, we used to have to do them if a dept didn't do what they were supposed to, or if a shipment was held up - explains who caused it and how it was resolved.

I could do one on the whole building sometimes - honestly :rolleyes::p, no we dont have anything like we're too small - I think my boss will deal with it well, but sometimes it feels like we're the only people who have any handle on whats going on in the company - ah well at least its Friday

i was thinking of becky's warning when i poured water over myself in Leeds 10k, as i was wearing a white tshirt.... swiftly forgot to worry about see thru tshirts as when i poured water over my head, the water washed the sweat into my eyes and i was temporarily blinded anyway!!! flashing was not a priority after that!!
