My bank is nationwide are they legally obliged to give me more than 6 years worth of stents at my request?
Further more because there is a hold on card charges can I back date my claim to 6 years before the hold was put on? Or am I only allowed to claim for 6 years from the date I ask them to refund?

Remind them that the FSA wrote to them on 19th March 2009 with regards to the FSA Waiver and data retention. They have a duty to provide statements from at least 27th July 2001 to present day. This specifically relates to bank accounts and not credit cards....just to be absolutely clear.0
