Hi ... I'm a complete newbie here ........
I suspect I could claim quite a lot in bank charges and I am certainly in hardship as I may be about to go bankrupt ...
the trouble is that the banks and cards that have charged me all this money are currently being paid a small sum each month by payplan as part of a debt repayment plan... they are not charging interest ... is there a chance that they would retract from that agreement if I try to get the charges back? I suspect most of the debts have been sold on now .. does that affect my claim?

If you go bankrupt you will lose the right to claim anything.Hi ... I'm a complete newbie here ........

Personally, I would start with credit card charges since there is no waiver in place on those charges. Then payment protection insurance if any on the cards/loans if any and then bank charges.0
