Do nationalised/part-nationalised banks fall into the Freedom of Information Act

Does anyone think that nationalised/part-nationalised banks fall within the scope of the Freedom of Information Act? The thinking behind it is to find out exactly how much the bank actually incurs if you bounce a cheque/go over your limit etc.

No the Act only applies to 'Public Bodies' and even so charge costs would be exempt for commercial confidentiality reasons.0
