When l rung welcome finance today they said l have to pay £10 to have a copy of the ppi on my account l had with them is this true?

    Hope you also received my other posts as well in regards of PPI.;)

    The £10 is normally for a full SAR (Subject Access Request), where they must or should supply everything they have on you on your accounts with them the last 5 or 6 years.
    They have 40 days to comply with this.

    If you just require the copy of the agreement CCA, its only a £1 in postal order or cheque payment, this request takes 12 days.
    The CCA is your signed agreement which shows the amount of loan and ppi if any.

    For the SAR template which does cost £10 as explained above in my first paragraph there is the link to the template letter here:

    But otherwise its just the £1 as stated for the agreement.
