Im going to try and get our money back too :j but the accounts are in my partners name and the numbers to ring for the companys shut at 6pm and the others at 5pm he come homes just afder 6pm and the companys wont talk to me any ideas ?

Just left you a post on the other thread.;)

You need to put this in writing, do not discuss the reclaiming on the phone, they can easily fob you off, at least in writing you have something to fall back on if you need to refer to them at a later date, just as long as you keep copies.;)

You can actually write the letters on your partners behalf if he wants you to do this, just as long as he reads, agrees and signs them.
