card refunds

Hi sorry if this has been done before but i cant see it and my head is spinning reading through all the topics.

Got a call 2 days ago from a company saying they could cancel any debt from cards and refund all charges and interest.

is this right?

guy phoned again today to go ahead and proceed to claim but I fobbed him off till I got on here, hope you dont mind!

McGregor-Moore & Company Limited is where the guy said he was calling from.

Posts saying what they really think of such companies tend to get removed for the legal reasons Martin mentions.

This gets asked a least once a week on these forums, do a search, there is no such thing as a free ride, do you think these companies offer to do it for the fun of it.

There have been odd instances where some have succeeded only because of loopholes in the credit agreements, if you borrow money then expect to have to pay it back.

mmmm.... hopeless use of capitals until he gets to the company name which is accurate down to the use of the hyphen.

Good grief!

Sorry but I'm not long in from work and can't really be bothered with correct grammer etc.

I copied the company name from a letter they sent which I got yesterday and made sure I got it right to make it easier for people to look up. (site wouldn't let me post a link)

I was looking forward to this site but if everyone is like this I dont think I'll bother, I hope my punctuation is ok this time for you.
