should i delete IE?

i've just downloaded firefox :j and would like to know if it's ok to delete IE, just dont want to much stuff on the pc.

Well done on choosing a proper browser. Unfortunatley you will still need to keep IE as you will find that some sites are written lazily/badly. Rather than using industry standard rules, people sometimes tend to write sites the 'Microsoft Way' rather than correctly.

Also if you encounter problems with automatic updates and you have to update the latest security patches for Windows, I think you have to use IE.
