Hello
i was thinking of purchasing some made to measure romans online for my small porch window.
My window measures at 41cm width 108cm length. I was ideally hoping to buy some romans but have today emailed the company and asked her how far the blinds would drop when stacked at the top, the lady has come back with an approx measurement of 28cm! I think this is quite a bit, the people who lived here before us had curtains and a pelmet and we thought the pelmet blocked alot of light.
I'm not sure about getting curtains either as the window is so small, i dont know what else we can put on it.
Ideally we would need something to cover it, esp when its winter and cold.
Any ideas?

What about a normal vertical blind?
You can get them made to measure online and they are as cheap as chips.0 -
We had a small window in the hall in our last house. I had a wooden roller blind and a curtain that was gathered at one side only, allowing plenty of light.0

I'd have an extended pole that allowed the curtains to gather away from the window altogether and only cover them when closed.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Look in your local small ads for a curtain maker-I make romans and as long as it's not too long a drop, there's no way they need to be 28cm when pulled up-my ds's bedroom blind is only about 6" when it's pulled up0
