Hi again
Will bump this up for you as well, but yes although more difficult with online sales, there have still been success.
The FOS are getting used to these complaints now, and many have been successful in the end, may be more difficult to be successful direct with the finance company, but you should try, you never know and if they do not uphold in your favour then hopefully the FOS will.
Now if your were mis sold for any reason, you can try to reclaim, they have 8 weeks to investigate your complaint.
You may need to send another if they do not resolve this on their first response and they should let you know you can do this, by asking them to consider with maybe further information if required.
Keep at them until you receive the final response, in the final letter they should give you details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS).

If you can try to use your own words, as they are used to seeing the same written template form by now I expect, and of course write your own reasons of why you believe you were mis sold, good luck and please keep us posted, and ask for help when required.;)
Oh and remember as well to post all letters by recorded delivery, as this would be your proof of posting. XThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0
