A quick look suggests this is more of an Amazon model than ebay as you list against a catalogue entry:
To sell an item, you must list it on the PriceMinister website. To list an item on the site, you must identify the product by entering it's barcode, or by finding the item using the search engine or product index and clicking on 'Sell one like this'.

The 2 day required shipping (or with no contact you ar eput on holiday) is also like the new Amazon model:
PriceMinister will notify you by email once one of your items has been sold. You will then have 2 working days to confirm that you are able to send the item to the buyer. If the item is unavailable or you cannot send the item within 2 working days following your confirmation, you are permitted to cancel the sale.
If PriceMinister does not receive any confirmation from you within the given timelimit, PriceMinister will assume you are unavailable and set your account to 'on holiday', thereby temporarily suspending all your listed items. Your account will cease to be suspended as soon as you log back into your account on the site and click on the 'I am back from holiday' link.
I will have to go back and take a better look but it also appears that postage is fixed as well as it refers to buyers being able to pay an additional 72p (which is out of date) for recorded and that addition will be passed to the seller. So the total price is shown as the sale price, which is one thing that many ebay sellers are unhappy about already in certain categories on ebay:
The seller must include standard delivery charges in the item's price.
PriceMinister also refunds the seller a fixed amount to compensate the additional P&P costs if the buyer chooses recorded delivery or is located in a foreign country.
N.B: If the price for items ordered from the same seller by the same buyer exceeds £35.00, the shipping method is automatically set to recorded . It is therefore very important that you adhere to the method selected by the buyer.

I don't think though that they are taking on ebay in any form. Fixed listing prices, inclusive postage and only items already in the catalogue can be listed. This is an Amazon or Play model, not an Ebay model at all. You don't appear to be able to list your household bits and bobs at all.
The only real alternative to ebay is still ebid as of course Tazbar have given up this month now as well.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
