Thanks chugalug if he applied to get a reduction then it would cost more in the end. The house could be sold by then. The lady concerned is not very understanding at all. My OH has been really good, last week was the first time he has missed paying her the money and she went mad he tried to explain but she wasn't interested.0

Thanks MrsB. The reason the house hasn't been sold yet is due to market being slow although I believe it's picking up now. OH has dropped the price 4 times lately to get shut. I've said the same as you about her having a cushy number she has no worries at all. OH has control now at the estate agents although up till recently it was just her and she objected to him being there when people have wanted to look round. He now makes sure he's around.0
