Dishwasher without plumbing

Hi everyone,
First time posting in this board so be easy on me
We live in a masionette(sp?) with a fairly small kitchen. The few cupboards we have room for are pretty valuable to us :rotfl: We would really like a dishwasher but wouldn't want to give up a cupboard to have one fitted. Is it possible to get a dishwasher fitted that you can fill up with water or does it need to be plumbed in directly? I'm pretty sure the answer is no you can't but I thought it better to ask and know for sure.
I have tried googling but because I don't know what they're called (if they do exist) I'm having very little luck.
We have a tumble dryer that we have to empty after each load and thats not plumbed in but obviously the amount of water needed for a dishwasher compared to the amount of water taken out of the tumble dryer is much greater.
Thanks everyone

Thats what I thought. I wasn't sure if you could get them with a water reservoir on the back of it or something. Thanks for the quick reply. This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.0

Hi
We've got a small tabletop dishwasher that we were given by some friends that didn't need it any more. It sits next to the sink and we connect it up to the tap when needed and just have the outlet pipe in the sink. Its really small though ( not really practical but it was a welcome present so we might as well use it)
