Claim life insurance premiums back

my 20 yr life insurance has ended and i am still alive can i claim the premiums back on the grounds of mis selling:rolleyes:

    Thank goodness you put the smilie. For a minute I nearly took you seriously. Although given the number of fraudulent and try-it-on claims going on you wouldnt put it past some people.

    I'd also like to know if I can claim back the fee Tesco's charged me for delivering my groceries last week. It's disgusting and a rip-off!!!

    Also I think it's disgusting that I'm charged interest on my credit card!! How can they get away with it (insert large numbers of exclamation marks or emoticons to indicate incredulity that a company dares to make profit from a customer here).

    (Insert large amounts of sycophantic comments from other posters saying "yes its disgusting - rip off Britain!! how dare financial institutions make money!" here

    perhaps if they sold it as life assurance you could say that you most certainly didnt die during the 20 years :) and that you only bought it because you were assured by them that you would die :A
