OK, boring question I guess but am looking to get a mortgage in these troubled times....joy!! Im a first time buyer and need some advice! Can anyone recommend some good mortgage advisors?
Also, its looking like im only going to have enough of between a 5% and at an extreme push 10% deposit, has anyone found any lenders willing to lend with a low deposit like this in these current crazy times?
I have seen some part ownership deals with some of the city centre apartment blocks but am wary, anyone any experience of these. Ooops just realised im going off my original question...!
Anyway any help muchly appreciated.
Thanks
Nick

TBH i think they are all pretty much of a muchness and there isnt a lot they can offer that you couldnt find yourself online.. i think the main thing is to make sure you get one that is whole of market...0

London & Country. They are whole of the market, a free service, take you from start to finish, and is recommended by no other than Martin Lewis!0
