Has anyone bought flats from A2dominions? I don't find them efficient enough.

I am recently dealing with an A2dominions agent, she is not being very helpful.
1, We arranged a viewing yesterday and she didn't show up. When I called her after waiting for 30 mins, she told me she completely forgot about our viewing and she was nowhere near the viewing location.
2, I asked her to speak to her manager about price and see if there is any room for negotiation. She agreed. 10 days passes, she either "couldn't find the manager" or "she was off sick" or "manager was on annual leave".
3, She promised to send us documents regarding the details of shared ownership 2 weeks ago, we haven't got anything!!
4, The reason we asked for documents is that she couldn't answer clearly some of my questions.
Rediculous! We are first time buyers. She is not being helpful at all. We keep feeling she cant be bothered with us. My husband and I are both being put off by her.
I can not stop thinking if this is the service now, what is going to happen after we buy the flat??
Can I speak to her manager directly or is it Ok for us to ask for another agent to deal with our case?

Assuming them to be an Estate Agency;
"I can not stop thinking if this is the service now, what is going to happen after we buy the flat??"
After you've BOUGHT it (settled, and moved in), you're unlikely to have any contact with them. Once they've accepted your offer for it, your solcicitor will likely be dealing with their solicitor, and the EA should be in the background.0 -
A2 Domion is a housing association that does shared equity. My flat was bought with A2 before the Dominion group swallowed them up.
The sales person that showed us around a few years back was very
flustered but she was selling the entire block. She did turn up though.
All dealing are with the management agent now.0 -
Great to know that. Thank you googler.0

They are just not being helpful at all. I sent the same email to the agent 3 times, she didnt reply.
Then my husband had to send another same email for the 4th time, got an extremely unprofessional reply.
Stupid agent!!!!0
