We have been on entitled to and that is coming out completey wrong

£53.41 ctc
£26.81 wtc
£20.00 cb
£96. 00 incap

Why not just apply anyway? Then at least you'll know for definite. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
we need to know gross family income, number of children, any childcare fees and hours worked to sort out the wtc side of things

thank you for your reply, however i do not understand why you want our gross incomes for wtc, we have been receiving wtc for 7 years, they have all the info they need to work out out tc, and there has never been a problem with us having it and we have never had problems with overpayments, so this benefit seems to be ok.

you were saying that entitledto is stating you arent entitled to wtc, so for anyone to clarify whether you have been paid in error, means we would need to know your gross income, before we can make any confirmations
based on the information you gave above, i would say you werent entilted to wtc, so i asked for the additional information, incase there was a reason why you might be entitled, ie paying childcare, have disabled child, etc. as that would up your levels, before income taper kicked in

Sounds like you are not entitled (to HB, CTB or WTC!) based on the figs above, but would need to know bigger picture to help figure it out for sure.
It's not prying, just hard to answer without more info.Ermutigung wirkt immer besser als Verurteilung.

gross joint income = £20942 (does this include the industrial injuries payment?)
based on an income of £20942, no disabled children, no childcare, you would not get any wtc, just ctc

as long as the OPs other half, has claimed a qualifying benefit within the last 6m, then they are entitled to the disability element

Hi
Thanks for the replies.
This is getting very complicated.
When we first applied for tc we had help filling in the forms from DWP, as we had gained residency of our grandson, and hubby was returning back to work after an accident, we were told that his industrial injuries (which is completely different to DLA) is a disregard benefit so would not come into any calculations, this is mentioned everytime we do our yearly review and we are still told that we do not need to declair this income as it is disregarded.
My husband is registered disababled but he does not qualify for dla
So as far as we are aware all declarations are made any changes are notified to tc immediately and we continue to receive wtc and ctc.
